“La Véranda”, our new restaurant, opened on 15th May 2009, offers creative Mediterranean cuisine with a touch of Provence as well as classic international dishes in an elegant yet relaxed setting throughout the day.
The menu is a true reflection of the authentic flavours and essences of Mediterranean dishes from Provence, crafted from the very best in local seasonal produce.
All the dishes bearing the hallmark of Chef Didier Anies and the seal of quality of the culinary traditions of the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, are cooked to perfection and served all day long in an elegant, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
La Véranda is a refined, friendly place where guests can enjoy stunning sea views over the tops of the hundred-year-old Aleppo pines (Pinus halepensis).
