Standard terms and conditions of reservation and cancellation:

Low Season:

50% prepayment of total stay is required at time of reservation for all bookings (100% for one night stay). Cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival date for deposit refund.

Shoulder Season:

50% prepayment of total stay is required at time of reservation for all bookings (100% for one night stay). Cancellation policy is 14 days prior to arrival date for deposit refund.

High Season (excluding July & August):

50% prepayment of total stay is required at time of reservation for all bookings (100% for one night stay). Cancellation policy is 21 days prior to arrival date for deposit refund. The total number of nights reserved beforehand will be due and billed in case of no-show, late cancellation or reduction of stay.

July-August & Grand-Prix:

100% prepayment of total stay is required at time of reservation. Cancellation policy is 45 days prior to arrival date for deposit refund.  The total number of nights reserved beforehand will be due and billed in case of no-show, late cancellation or reduction of stay.

For all cancellations a fee of € 65 applies.

For any transaction over 20,000 €, a bank transfer is strongly recommended.
