Standard terms and conditions of reservation and cancellation:

Low Season:

50% prepayment of total stay is required at time of reservation for all bookings (100% for one night stay). Cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival date for deposit refund. For all cancellations a fee of € 65 applies.

Shoulder Season:

50% prepayment of total stay is required at time of reservation for all bookings (100% for one night stay). Cancellation policy is 14 days prior to arrival date for deposit refund. For all cancellations a fee of € 65 applies.

High Season:

50% prepayment of total stay is required at time of reservation for all bookings (100% for one night stay). Cancellation policy is 21 days prior to arrival date for deposit refund. For all cancellations a fee of € 65 applies. The total number of nights reserved beforehand will be due and billed in case of no-show, late cancellation or reduction of stay.

July-August:

100% prepayment of total stay is required at time of reservation. Cancellation policy is 45 days prior to arrival date for deposit refund. For all cancellations a fee of € 65 applies. The total number of nights reserved beforehand will be due and billed in case of no-show, late cancellation or reduction of stay.
