In the seclusion of your own room or terrace, Room Service can provide a varied menu 24 hours a day, devised and prepared by Chef Didier Aniès.
There are five different breakfast options as well as an à la carte menu: The Continental; The American; The Grand-Hôtel, with its dish of Smoked Salmon and a flute of Champagne; The Healthy Option, in line with the philosophy of wellbeing of our SPA; as well as an option for our under 12, junior gourmet menu. On the à la carte menu, we recommend the Grand-Hôtel Poached Eggs, with Hollandaise Sauce & Summer Truffles with Aquitaine Caviar.
There is a minibar in your room: soft drinks, fruit juices, beer, Champagne (Deutz Brut Classic), as well as sweet and savoury snacks, teddy bear marshmallows and rice crackers with wasabi.
Afternoon tea, in pure French Riviera tradition, as it was served when the hotel opened in 1908, can be served in your room, or indeed in the shade of your terrace from 3 pm to 6 pm.
There is also a children’s menu.
The gastronomic restaurant '"Le Cap" wine list (with more than 600 labels) as well as the list for the collections (Yquem and Lafite) is available, on request. A sommelier may advise you on your choice, either in your room or over the phone, to enjoy an evening in the utmost privacy… |
